Even though she was the only sales staff handling customers that day, I must commend her for making us welcome and doing her best to attend to our queries and show us the various models. Finance manager Fernando Zhang also did a good job explaining the financing etc. The entire transaction only took six days, with us taking delivery of the vehicle today, the 11th of February. Overall I must state that the Lexus staff were very professional. Rachael was exceptional in that not only did she explain and hand over the car to me, but as she knew the car was for my daughter even offered to do an entire explanation and handover for my daughter again on another day and time.
