Lexus unrivalled customer satisfaction recognised with further Roy Morgan wins
Lexus was judged the best brand for customer service excellence for a third time in 2024, according to Australia’s best known and longest established market research company, Roy Morgan.
Crowned Best of the Best ahead of 38 companies across more than 30 industries ranging from automotive, finance, retail, tourism, travel and telecommunications in the Annual Roy Morgan Customer Satisfaction Awards, Lexus also won the prestigious Car Manufacturer of the Year award for the sixth time.
The Lexus customer satisfaction rating of 98.2 per cent was an all-time high.
The local recognition comes off the back of Lexus being awarded number one in vehicle dependability across all makes in the 2024 edition of the heralded US-based J.D. Power and Associates Vehicle Dependability Study.

The 2024 Roy Morgan Customer Satisfaction Awards surveyed over 60,000 Australians each month across more than 30 industries, including automotive, finance, retail, tourism, travel and telecommunications.
Previous Roy Morgan Car Manufacturer of the Year accolades for Lexus came in 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017 and 2019 – the final two occasions also including Best of the Best.
